Is the first week actually free? +
Yep, no catch. Sign up for any plan and your first week costs nothing. The only condition is a 1-month minimum term — after that, you can cancel whenever you like.
What does the 1-month commitment mean exactly? +
The free first week is part of a 4-week starter term. So you pay for 3 weeks at your plan rate, and week one is on us. Once that month's up, the service is totally flexible — pause it, switch plans, or cancel with no dramas.
How does the pickup actually work? +
We provide a tough, reusable laundry bag. Fill it up, stick it outside your door at your agreed time, and we'll collect it. You don't need to be home — it's all contactless if you'd prefer.
How quickly do I get my laundry back? +
Essential and Standard customers get their clothes back within 24 hours. On the Premium plan, we turn it around in 12 hours.
Can I change my plan down the track? +
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. Changes kick in from your next weekly cycle — no fuss.
